1. Call to Order by Chmn Miles at 6:00 p.m.
2. Roll/ Recognition of visitors:

3. Approval of Minutes: No meetings were held in February or March. MMS to approve January 8, 2019 Meeting. MC

   1. Zoning Board of Appeals: None

   3. Township Board representative: Tom C. Highlighted Board minutes
   4. Planning Consultant: Claire K. nothing new besides items on agenda
8. Old Business:
   1. Accessory Buildings – Zoning Ordinance proposal: Public hearing will be held on May 14, 2019
   2. Police Power Ordinance – Short Term Rentals – Public Hearing date: will be held in June.
   3. Zoning Ordinance Proposal to accompany STR PPO
   4. Review Master Plan Draft
   5. ACTION: Opportunity to recommend to Board to approve for 63-day public distribution MMS to send to the completed Master plan draft with suggested changes to the Township Board for their approval. MC
9. New Business/ announcements/correspondence:
   1. Minimum lot size for agricultural zoning district. Discussed making it compatible with C/R requirements.
   2. Officer elections next month
