Banks Township Board Meeting
Special Meeting
Monday, March 14, 2016
- The meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. by Supervisor Thomas Mann. The meeting was scheduled to prepare the budgets for the coming fiscal year. Present were Supervisor Mann, Clerk Donna Heeres, Treasurer Katy Postmus, Trustee Tom Cooper. Absent: Trustee David Rasmussen.
- Public comment: There was none.
- The proposed budgets for 2016-17 as prepared by the Supervisor were reviewed. The Board posed many questions and had much discussion about plans for the coming year. The proposed budgets for 2016-17 were completed and will be presented at a Public Hearing on Monday, March 21, to be held during the regular Township Board meeting that begins at 6 PM.
- The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 P.M.
