Banks Township Board Meeting

Special Meeting

Thursday, February 3, 2011

1. The meeting was called to order at 5:45 P.M. by Supervisor Thomas Mann. Present were Supervisor Mann, Clerk Donna Heeres, Treasurer Katy Postmus, Trustee Mark DeKorne. Absent: Trustee Marvin Rubingh.

2. The advertised purpose of the meeting was to approve the pre-payment of postage to 360 Services for assessment change notices in the amount of $757.77. MOTION: Mann, DeKorne, CARRIED.

3. The meeting was adjourned at 6 P.M.
