Draft Minutes

1. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Supervisor Thomas Mann. Present were Supervisor Mann, Clerk Donna Heeres, Treasurer Katy Postmus, Trustee Marvin Rubingh, Trustee Mark DeKorne. This was posted as a joint meeting with the Recreation Committee; however, the only Recreation Committee members present were Katy Postmus and Donna Heeres. Also present: Kevin Makarewicz, engineer for C2AE.

2. Supervisor Mann led the Pledge of Allegiance and opened the meeting with prayer.

3. The advertised purpose of the meeting was to develop schematic design plans for the Park improvements.

4. Public Comment: There was none.

5. The elements and responsibilities of all parties for the completion of the project were discussed. The existing park amenities were reviewed and elements that will be proposed were established. The schematic drawings (3) will be available for review at the January 16, 2012, Township Board meeting.

6. The Gaps Analysis Report prepared by the Tip O’ Mitt Watershed Council was distributed.

7. Clean Up Day was discussed.

8. Rubingh reported the draft amendments for Medical Marihuana and RV Regulations have been distributed to the Planning Commission. No date has been set for the Public Hearings.

9. The Annual Firemen’s Dinner is Tuesday, December 6 @ 6 PM @ the Front Porch. Township Board members & spouses are invited to attend.

10. Next meeting will be held Monday, December 19 @ 7:30 PM.

11. The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
