Many of you have probably heard of the "127 Corridor Sale - the World's Longest Yardsale." This is a 3-day, 654 mile yard sale from West Unity, Ohio to Gadsden, Alabama. Check their website for all the amazing details: http://127sale.com/
The Breezeway Task Force is organizing a similar (obviously much shorter) sale on Memorial Day Weekend this year - Saturday, May 29 from 9am - 4pm. The East Jordan Area Chamber of Commerce already promotes Sidewalk Sales that weekend, and the East Jordan Lions and Rotary Clubs sponsor a Garage Sale at the East Jordan Tourist Park on M-66.
Any and all Breezeway residents, business owners & church groups along The Breezeway are encouraged to list their garage sale event (address, business or organization name, what they are selling, special deals or promotions) on the Breezeway website, by contacting Mary Faculak (info@ejchamber.org) or Laurie Hodgson (Laurie@NorthBays.com). The more participants, the better it will be... so get involved!!
The Breezeway Task Force will help promote this neat new event. Fun, fun, fun... from Atwood to Ellsworth to East Jordan to Boyne Falls!
